What is the most important aspect of your fitness journey? To me, it's PURPOSE. It's the why of the whole process.

You don't get fit and you don't change your life because some doctor told you so. Or you don't turn your life and health around because of a number on the scale.

The reason you make a change is because you find a purpose.

If you are wondering how to find YOUR specific "purpose" all you need to do is look in the mirror.

In, said mirror, you need to ask yourself these 3 questions:

1. How do I look?

2. How do I feel?

3. How am I performing in life?

Next you need to take proportional action based on the virosity of your response.

The actions that you take don't really matter right now. What is vital is that you take action and do in RIGHT NOW.

I know what most people are going to think. "My kids, my job, may faith, may hobbies...."

Yes! Those are important things but do you know that all of those "things" (you and I, I'm sure could add dozens of other things to the list) have in common?

You! If there is no you there is no "you and your kids" or "you and you faith" or "you and your service organization"...

You get the point.

Your purpose on this planet, first and foremost is to take care of yourself so that then you can live YOUR dream life.

Now go ask yourself those 3 questions and live your fit life.
